The company provides critical financing to nearly every major industry, but has a spotted history of overcharging fees, governance, and other areas of potentially harmful practices. Employee incentives are questionable but the benefits justify the intense internal competition. JPM has decent internal environmental practices, but finances over $40B of fossil fuel projects that bring their actual alignment into question. JPM provides immense opportunity for a vast amount of people, but also has connections and practices that are unproductive for the Kingdom.
